Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We currently only offer shipping to the United States. Your order will be processed within 4-7 days (does not include weekend days) from when it is placed. Sale periods can lead to longer fulfillment times, and we greatly appreciate your patience with any delays! Once shipped, you can expect your order in 2-5 days via USPS. Purchases $50+ are eligible for free shipping and purchases under $50 have a $3.95 shipping fee.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to receive a full refund (minus any original shipping costs) or to exchange a product for another item. We accept gently used and unopened products. To initiate a return or exchange, send an email to ruhe@ruhewell.com with your name, order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. Package your item(s) securely to avoid any breakage in transit. A $3.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
